Order:
1) How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once you have completed the checkout process, there are a few ways to confirm if your order has been successfully placed:
a) Order Confirmation Page: After you submit your order, you should be redirected to an order confirmation page on the website. This page typically provides an order number or confirmation message indicating that your order has been successfully placed.
b) Email Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided during the checkout process. This email serves as a confirmation of your order and includes details such as the order number, items purchased, billing and shipping information, and estimated delivery dates. Check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for an email.
c) Account Dashboard: If you have created an account on TheStreetWalk website before placing your order, you can log in to your account and check your order history. This section usually displays your recent orders, their status, and tracking information once it becomes available.
If you have completed the checkout process and have not received any confirmation, it is recommended to contact TheStreetWalks customer support ( support@thestreetwalk.com), and we will be able to assist you in confirming the status of your order and provide any necessary information or updates.
2) How do I know the Status of my Order?
Order status details are displayed in your account on the Order History page.
3) Where can I check my Order Tracking?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a WhatsApp confirmation.
We’ll also update you on WhatsApp when your order is being prepared and when it’s out for delivery.
For orders outside Dubai, delivery times may take a little longer.
If you ever want an update, just message us on WhatsApp — we’re always there to help.

1) What to do if I Forget my Login Address?
If you have forgotten which email address you used when you created your account, please contact our customer service department. For security and privacy reasons, we can only send the login information to the email address on the account.
2) What to do if I Forget my Password?
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login into your account successfully, please use our password reset form.
Product Information:
1) What products do you offer?
We currently offer premium stickers and magnets, with more fun merch dropping soon. Each product page includes details like size, material, finish, and any special features.
2) How do I check product details like size or material?
All product specifications — size, material type, finish, and care — are clearly listed on every product page.
3) What is the print/production process?
Every design is created in-house with our signature illustration style. Production is handled through trusted partners who ensure high-quality printing, lamination, die-cutting, and finishing. Product pages mention the exact type of print or material used.
4) Do you offer custom designs?
Not at the moment — but we love hearing your ideas! As we grow, we may offer customization options in the future.
Changing an Order:
1) How to cancel an order?
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service department with your order number. Please keep in mind that there is a limited amount of time before your order ships. We recommend WhatsApp messaging for fastest service.
2) How to change an Item on order?
If you have already completed an order, you cannot add an additional item or alter an item on your order. You can place a second order, or cancel your initial order and place a new order. To cancel an order, contact our customer service department. We recommend WhatsApp messaging for fastest service.
3) How to change shipping Address?
To update the shipping address on your order, contact customer service department as soon as possible. We recommend WhatsApp messaging for fastest service.
4) Do we ship Internationally?
At TheStreetWalk we currently offer shipping only within UAE and GCC countries. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our international customers.
Returns and Refunds:
1) How do I return?
For hassle-free returns, we offer collection from your address at your own cost, unless it's a defective item. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the return process as convenient as possible.
2) What is our return policy?
• Items must be returned within 4 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Items must have all tags attached.
• Defective items can be returned within 4 days of a defect being discovered but, in any case, no longer than 4 days of purchase and will be refunded in accordance with this policy subject to provision of evidence of the defect immediately upon discovery, such as images, and compliance with the instructions for use. You have the option to ask for the replacement of a defective item and replacement in this case will be subject to stock availability and price adjustment.
• For credit and debit card payment, the refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.
