Cancellation Policy

All orders submitted on the website, or via email or integration are cancellable only if the order has not yet been put into process. As soon as the order is in ‘Processing’ status, it is no longer cancellable. Orders are put into process anytime from 2 hours after placing the order up to 48 hours after placing the order.

If you need to cancel an order, please send us an email to mentioning CANCEL ORDER in the subject line or notify us through WhatsApp at +971502767665 if it has been more than two hours since you placed the order so that they can check right away if the order can be cancelled.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solutions used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund to be completed.
