Order

Once you have completed the checkout process, there are a few ways to confirm if your order has been successfully placed:

  1. Order Confirmation Page: After you submit your order, you should be redirected to an order confirmation page on the website. This page typically provides an order number or confirmation message indicating that your order has been successfully placed.
  2. Email Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided during the checkout process. This email serves as a confirmation of your order and includes details such as the order number, items purchased, billing and shipping information, and estimated delivery dates. Check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for an email.
  3. Account Dashboard: If you have created an account on TheStreetWalk website before placing your order, you can log in to your account and check your order history. This section usually displays your recent orders, their status, and tracking information once it becomes available.

If you have completed the checkout process and have not received any confirmation, it is recommended to contact TheStreetWalks customer support (support@thestreetwalk.com), and we will be able to assist you in confirming the status of your order and provide any necessary information or updates.

Order status details are displayed in your account on the Order History page.

You can track the status of your order using our Track order Your order should arrive within the date range posted on the order tracking page.

When your order has shipped, the “Last Order Status” will say “Shipped”. If it doesn’t, we’re not quite finished printing and appreciate your patience. We’ll email you the tracking information when we ship your order.

 

If your order has shipped but you haven’t received it yet, please check the estimated arrival dates our Order Tracking Tool. If your order is still within the estimated arrival date window, fear not – that means your order is still on its way. Feel free to be excited. In fact, we encourage it.

If your order is outside of the estimated arrival date window, first we’ll need to retrace your steps a bit to find out why. That means you’ll need to log in to your account and view your order history. In order history, check the billing and shipping addresses on the order to make sure it is correct. If you have any questions, contact our customer service.

If you have forgotten which email address you used when you created your account, please contact our customer service department. For security and privacy reasons, we can only send the login information to the email address on the account.

We specialize in designing unique and eye-catching graphics for t-shirts. While we don’t handle printing in-house, we have partnered with a trusted company that ensures high-quality apparels and printing servicing, allowing us to deliver exceptional garments with gorgeous designs to our valued customers. The product page will detail the type of print and the garment material.

Changing an Order:

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service department with your order number. Please keep in mind that there is a limited amount of time before your order ships. We recommend WhatsApp messaging for fastest service.

If you have already completed an order, you cannot add an additional item or alter an item on your order. You can place a second order, or cancel your initial order and place a new order. At TheStreetWalk we currently offer shipping only within UAE and GCC countries. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our international customers.

Changing an Order:

” For hassle-free returns, we offer collection from your address at your own cost, unless it’s a defective item. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the return process as convenient as possible. ”

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Defective items can be returned within 14 days of a defect being discovered but, in any case,
    no longer than 14 days of purchase and will be refunded in accordance with this policy
    subject to provision of evidence of the defect immediately upon discovery, such as images,
    and compliance with the instructions for use. You have the option to ask for the
    replacement of a defective item and replacement in this case will be subject to stock
    availability and price adjustment.
  • For credit and debit card payment, the refund will always be paid using the same payment
    means you used to pay for your purchase.
